Aubert Orchards represents an opportunity to acquire one of the largest orchard holdings currently available in the Hood River Valley. Comprised of two orchard blocks, the property is just under 82 acres in size and improved with two homes and H2A compliant labor housing.

The orchard is planted to pears which thrive on the warm days and cool nights. Rich volcanic soils and abundant, crystal-clear irrigation waters nourish the orchard. Largely planted to Bartlett and Anjou varietals, the orchard also has plantings of Comice, Bosc and Starkrimson.

The Hood River Valley has been producing high-quality tree fruit since the 1850's and has more than 14,000 acres of apples, pears and cherries. Set at the edge of the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area, there are an array of outdoor activities at hand: skiing, windsurfing, biking, hiking, rock climbing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, fishing and more.

The property is located approximately an hour east of Portland, Oregon and the international airport. It is just 25 minutes from Mt. Hood Meadows skiing resort, 2 hours from sunny Central Oregon or 3 hours from the Oregon beaches.

Aubert Orchards consists of two separate blocks. The Cooper Spur block contains around 53 acres and is improved with two homes, H2A compliant labor housing and support buildings. This block is largely Bartlett and Anjou varietals with some Bosc, Comice and Starkrimson interplantings. There may be the potential of qualifying for two additional homesites.

The Hutson block contains a little over 28 acres and is largely Bartlett and Anjou varietals with a mix of Bosc and Comice interplantings. Each parcel within this block may have the potential of qualifying for a homesite.
